How release print head for Sure Color P8000 Printer?

I bought the piezo flush to attempt a clean on my SC P8000 printer. I want to see if a clean will help before I phone for 1-800-JUNK !!

Anyone know how to release the print head for this particular printer? (sure color p8000)

I have googled it and see videos/explanations for similar printers but this one doesn’t release the print head by repeating those actions.

Any help would be much appreciated so I can either get this beast up and running again or send it to the junker!
