Having an issue with QTR & PP

I recently did a rebuild of my win10-64 computer (new MB. processor, graphics card, memory) I hope someone can help! I have been using QTR with the curves for Piezography Pro for quite some time, but today, when I tried to make a print and went to make adjustments, only the Highlight sliders would move. I was unable to move the Midtone & Shadow sliders independently. When I first opened QTR I got an Error window stating: Insufficidt Folder priviledges for profile creation. I’m not trying to create any profiles! I clicked on the “ok” and the QTR window came up but that’s when I found that the M & S sliders would work. Everything else in QTR went as usual.

I think I figured it out. I forgot to click on the split tone check box!
