they point to http://inkjetmall.com/tech which gives error message?

Agreed—the link on the main site is broken. It’s quite frustrating, because it’s hard, also, to find any mention of the forum there. I didn’t find it.

Redirect is now Fixed.

Things defaulted after updating the server to harden against Meltdown and Spectre bugs.
