Flushing the print heads manually?

Hi, so i have a 4800 print head that won’t clear via normal suggested routines, in the past I have successfully cleared such block by removing print head, soaking for a bit in tray of cleaning fluid and they using a syringe pull back fluid through the head and push clean fluid through the head.

With this I normally get a nice fine spray from each channel.

With the head i am now trying the fluid just comes out of the sides of the print head plate?

I am assuming this print head is now dead?

It’s dead. The glue has come undone.

Thanks, as suspected, though I hate to give in and found a video of a guy who glued the plate back on!
