Extracting ink out of Epson 7070 cartridges

Is it possible to extract ink out of Epson 7070 cartridges, and syringe into Epson P5070 cartridges? Reason is
my 7070 printer had a fatal blocked head, and there remains lots of good ink in the 7070. I have only used genuine Epson ink cartridges in the 2 printers.
