Even borders using Print-tool?

Hi! I am doing some planning for an exhibit coming up in October. I would like to be able to control the size of the border when printing using Print-Tool. I have not been able to figure it out. I sized my image to match the paper size. When bringing the file into Print-Tool it creates borders that are larger right and left than top and bottom. what am i missing?

you can calibrate the left/right borders on these printers I believe. Some printers are worse than others . . .

It is a printer issue .
