Hi after changing damper kit ink tubes printhead i get an error please help

Sorry David, but we are not EPSON service technicians. Did you refer to the 9890 Field Service Manual or attempt to trouble-shoot via the EPSON Service Adjustment Utility software? Both are available from 2manuals.com
