When i try to print through Print Tool, I receive the message printer offline. Opening system preferences printers and scanners on my Mac I see: QuadP800-pro, in use,default. the circle is yellow. Should I also see the Epson printer SureColor P800, listed also? It is not listed in the printer box nor can I find it when I to add it.
I do not see the Epson folder anywhere in applications.
How do I solve this?
