Our Epson Stylus Pro 4800 Plotter, generates a Message “SERVICE REQ 00010037”, when turning on it tries to start but, it is paralyzed and this message appears.
I have a Previous Version Epson Stylus Pro 4000 Plotter, for spare parts, will any spare part serve this fault presented by the 4800?
What steps must I follow to have the machine active?
