Epson Stylus Pro 3880 problema

Buongiorno a tutto il forum. All’accensione della mia 3880, la testina non si sposta, i due led arancioni lampeggiano e va subito in errore, 1A37 testina. Possibile che devo già sostituire la testa di stampa dopo pochissime stampe (circa 1500 in totale). Ho controllato i cavi sulla scheda madre, ma tutto sembra in ordine. Cosa succede? Ogni aiuto è ben gradito.

You have a thermistor error. This is caused by ink getting into the head control area and causing a short. There’s a good chance that the head is dead, but you need to remove the head and check the ribbon cable first to see if it has been messed up by ink.
