Epson’s r3000 error message “The black ink cartridge differs from the one installed”

Can’t print…getting desperate.
message “The black ink cartridge differs from the one installed”. This is the error message I get from Epson r3000printer. This occurred when printer was switching from matte to satin paper. I removed pk cart to visually inspect ink level. It was half full.
I replaced pk cart with Epson new OEM pk & it didn’t help.
I still get this message.
“The black ink cartridge differs from the one installed”.

Not sure about this one other than make sure you switch to the correct black ink before sending the print.
