Excuse me if this is addressed elsewhere. I did a search and was unable to find anything. I am having difficulty loading paper (12X12 scrapbook paper) into the front fine arts feeder. It just won’t feed to align with the front of the tray. I was able to do it once, but cannot feed the paper in now.
There is no trouble feeding regular 8X11 paper with the sheet feeder in the back and I haven’t tried loading any thick media from the front.
What is the secret?

The paper has to be perfectly rectangular. If it is cut or at any angle other than 90 degrees, it will scew.
