EPSON R3000 does not recognize one EPR3000 Cone Colour MK3 ink cartridge

Hi
I am using Color Cone MK3 Ink in my EPSON R3000.
It will not recognize my Cyan cartridge, I can see that there seems to have been some minor leakage at the cartridge nozzle.
I have not used the printer for some months while I was waiting for a set of new chips.
While I was waiting I did a full maintenance clean.
I see there are similar postings on the web but I cant access any discussions.
Where can I get instructions for replacing the chips?
