Epson R2000 Does not recognize the cartridges

Hello I have an Epson R2000 and I bought a new set of refill cartridges but the printer does not recognize them what can I do?
the actual Firmware is FE11C5 11/05/2012

You need to remove the carts, put all the OEMs back in, and add one cart at a time. We’ve sold thousands of these carts without issue,
