Epson P7000 won’t switch from Matte Black to Photo Black. When I hit the Black Ink Switch button the printer goes through a cleaning and when it gets to 99% it eventually gives me a Cleaning Error and asks me if I want to retry. When I select “Yes (recommended)” It goes through the cleaning process again and errors again when it reaches 99%. It also dumps a LOT of Matte Black ink out into the maintenance tank as well as a LOT of my Light Black ink. The firmware is up to date and the nozzle check looks good. Any idea on what could be causing this issue?
