Epson P6000 Cart refilling instructions

I now have a new Epson P6000, so I have a learning curve. I have an initial fill with 350mm of Piezo Pro ink with the IJM refillable carts. I might have over looked the refill instructions. If so where can I find?. Do I refill with ink as other carts and just put the plug back in and put in the printer. Do I have to remove any air that could be in the cart after I put more ink in the cart.
