Epson 9900 Help!

Hi everyone,
I have bought a secondhand Epson Pro 9900 recently to print my artwork.
But the orange nozzle is clogged. Epson suggests changing the printhead, but it is too expensive for me. It is so frustrating.
I am attaching a photo here to explain the problem.

Do you think PiezoFlush would help solve it?
A friend suggests running Epson adjustment program to clean the blocked nozzle. Have anybody tried it?
