My Magenta ink is not firing. Nothing is showing up on the nozzle check. ran head cleaning and power cleaning and nothing still nothing showing up. Is there any thing I can do manually to help the ink flow?

When was the magenta ink last printing correctly with this printer?
When did the magenta position stop printing- after the printer had sat unused for a while, in the middle of printing, after refilling the cart, etc?
Is the air vent hole open for proper ink flow?
Is the cartridge exit channel filled with ink?
What is the ink level in this cartridge?
Are all other positions printing correctly?
Please open the front cover of your printer and examine the length of ink lines inside- are they all filled with ink, or is there air inside?
What is the service history of this printer- when were the dampers, wiper blade, capping station and flushing box last replaced?
Please let me know so I can help you determine the cause and solution of this problem, to get you back to happily printing.
