Epson 7890 MK problems

My 7890 had printhead clogged.
I have tried several regular cleaning and power cleaning without solve the problem.
After that I have cleaned the printhead with piezoFlush cleaning, all the chanel are cleaned but not th MK/PK.
After the first clean, MK missing the central section of print test, after the second one lost another section of print test and after the third one have lost all the section of print test.
Now the MK chanel dont write.
After all cleanig procedure the printhead was perfect unclogged in all the chanels becouse the PiezoFlush flush without problem in all chanels, MK else.
What can I do?
The print head is electronically dead?
