Epson 7890 Firmware

I have purchased the flush kit for my Epson 7890 printer and would like to verify that the firmware version of this printer is not one that locks out the use of third party products. I would like to make this verification before I start the filling process so that I don’t possibly waste the money I paid for the cost of the kit. The firmware version of my printer is JN112D7,1.11,8000.

Your printer will work fine.

It may through a non-genuine ink cartridge warning, but it will still work.
