Epson 7880 Paper Jams Problems

Howdy folks, I was printing today using QT RIP & Cone INk DN - when I got a paper jam error.
I Tried clearing it (it would clear only with a power on/off), but every time I reloaded the roller paper I’d get the same error message. So I tried adding 8x11 sheet paper which it would take, then I’d run a head check and the paper error would come back but after some printing (see attached).

I’ve also noticed I’ve what looks to be a missing pad of some sort here too
