Epson 7800 Not Used in Two Years

I shipped my Epson 7800 to Brazil and have not turned it on for two years. Before I put in a new set of ink carts any suggestion on what steps I should do first?

Turn it on and run a few maintenance cleanings to get things wet and it may be ok if you are in a humid environment. Agitate your ink carts first before turning on
