Epson 4900 printing problems

I am having problems printing after print head change out printer will not print. there seams to be ink getting to head as I rechecked ribbon connections.

I only get one message when I try to auto clean. it says auto clean currently unavailable.

printer gives no other massage. seems to operate normally but no printing.

Please explain what you mean by “not print”. No nozzles printing? Will not feed paper?

the printer feeds the paper as I said everything is normal but it does not print paper goes in head moves back and forth but nothing prints

The dampers are probably screwed in too tight. it’s very easy to mess that up on this printer and the screws need the perfect torque. Re-do the damper unit and do a power cleaning and test again.
