I am attempting to run the tubes cleaning function on channels Cyan and VM. The service program does not show any volume in the cart. But yet when I try to print, it shows plenty. I have tried resetting the carts to no avail.
I’ve never heard of this happening before, but after looking up your order history, see you purchased these two refill carts and some PiezoFlush in 10/2012, so it may be the chip battery life that is causing the read error (though, I would expect the service program to read the same ink levels as the regular status monitor).
