I have tried to research the code but have come up with nothing; does anyone else know what this 0010 might mean?

The AID board is at fault or the main-board. The AID is the board that connects to the ink bay and registers the cartridges.

You need to replace the AID board or check it to make sure there isn’t a loose wire connector.
