What platen gap is best for KM43 photopolymer plates?
Thank you
WE do not directly support KM plates, but for our Green Mountain Plate which is a 95 we would use widest. Were your printer mine, I would use widest! Not worth the chance of a head strike!

Jon
Thank you, Jon. We have Takach Press right here in town and I have a little print studio, Remarque Print Studio, available about a mile away that has everything I need to print intaglio for a very reasonable rate. They buy plates from Takach and resell them for a small markup. I buy from them to help support this resource. Sorry for the seeming disloyalty to Inkjet Mall but I hope you understand.
I am up in Santa Fe in August to take another workshop from Don, this one for platinum/palladium printing.
Best regards
