Epson 3880 Paper Feed Error

I am consistently getting a paper feed error on my Epson 3880. The printer will grab the paper and get it set to print, then throw the print feed error. At this point, it will not feed the paper through despite pushing the paper feed button. I have tried loading different types of paper but get the same result. I have tried loading from the rear and get the same result.

Here is a link to a video of this issue while trying to run a nozzle check on standard letter-sized paper.

hmm it should load normal letter without having to push it at all from top.

Try setting to Rear feed mode and loading it in there.

You can do the above without the rear feed attachment.

It does load the plain paper without pushing down (it was just habit).
I did try on the rear manual feed and the same thing happens.

It slightly grabs the paper and then throws the error message
