Epson 3800 printhead problem

I’m trying to give new life to my 3800.
From what I understand (see attached photos) I have to change the dampers because there are spots in the transition from Matte to Photo. (photo 1219)

But the Magenta nozzles also seem clogged. (photo 1220)

I tried to clean the printer as like the videos posted but it is not enough. (photo 1221)

this is what I have found after a cleaning with PiezoFlush (photo 1222)

and after another cleaning 24h

Could replacing the dampers solve the problem?
