Epson 3800 non stampa

Hello, I bought an epson 3800, without the certainty that it would work, I paid little for it.
The problem is that no ink comes out of the heads, only three or four small lines and I realized that during the cleaning cycles there was no ink in the maintenance tank, it practically does not pass through the head.
The printer does all the cleaning and printing operations and does not give errors, everything is regular. What can I do? Thanks for the reply.
