DTP70 feeding problems

I am having trouble getting my DTP70 to accept the paper. It starts to feed and reads a third of it before it gets askew and the button turns read.

you gotta make sure the width of the print is exactly the width of the file in photoshop.

And also make sure nothing is behind the DTP70,

and push the paper slightly as you feed it in so it can get a good grip when it start.

Thanks Walker, it was that but I also noticed the machine was making a squeaking sound. I cleaned the rollers, added a touch of oil at the contact ports, rolled them by hand a few times and it works great now. I think one roller was stuck or not spinning as fast as the others.
