I just purchased PiezoDN (SO307481400) and received an email receipt, but no instructions on how to download the software. When I go to the Piezography DN download site, it says that I do not have permission to download this product.

Not sure this will help, but are you on this page and are you logged in? I think they send you a username and password that is separate from this site. If you didn’t get that, maybe search your junk/spam folders for it.

I may be mistaken about that last bit. I know I used to have separate logins for the main forum and the PiezoDN/PiezoPro forums, but now they are the same.
