Does the 2032 battery ever have to be changed on the Epson 7800?

I opened the back of my Epson 7800 to replace the Air Pressure Pump Assembly, and I noticed a CR2032 battery on the motherboard. My machine is 17 years old. Does that battery ever need to be replaced? Surely they don’t last forever!

I have not heard of these batteries going bad yet. May have an on-board charger. Some boards do.
