Cyan Cartridge Chip issue

Hello,

I ordered 2 cartridges to slowly replace the OEM 3800 to Cone colors.
The Magenta works but the Cyan chip is not being recognized.
Ive tested if my OEM cyan chip is not working but when re-attached to the original
cartridge and inserted the printer recognizes it. I’ve read other post about making sure its
inserted all the way until the LCD indicates its inserted but it doesn’t work. This method
works on the Magenta chip, sometimes i have to re-insert for it to be recognized.
Possible to get a replacement Cyan chip? It’s a fairly new order and received it last
week Friday.
