I bought a SC p600 to do thrift dye printing. I put in the oem carts and am using them now and figure when one goes empty I will then replace them with thrift ink. My question is how to flush the old ink from the lines,I wrote and asked about this before I bought the printer and this was part of the response I got. " it is much easier with Windows as a service utility is available. With windows you can empty the printer of its color pigment inks which will have filled all the ink lines and the ink exchanger…using the utility" when asking about this utility and to clarify what it is, I got no response. Could someone give clarification to this statement and info on switching to thrift inks?
