Hello. I want to convert my 4880 -currently filled with Epson color inks- to a Pro Ink printer. Ihave inks right now from my 7890 that just died off. I need guidance in a few main areas:
- the most cost-effective way to flush the 4880
- I believe the 4880 will only manage the PK and not the MK too? I love the mix of warm/cool inks in the Pro system, so choosing just gloss would be fine.
- My last step would be to order new carts and align them to the proper positioning in the 4880.
- Am I missing anything?
I use QTR and have become proficient with the Pro inks. They are indeed beautiful and easy to use. Best, Ralph
