Converting a 9800 to Cone Color

I picked up a 9800 used, which prints fine including the nozzle test. It’s loaded with 3rd party ink from Fusion Inkjet from California. Any advice on getting Cone Color installed and primed to the print head? Chase the the currents ink with ConeColor? Flush the current ink with PiezoFlush then fill? Just do an initial fill to purge current ink? Any thoughts?

As long as your current nozzles are checking good, you should be good to do an init-fill with conecolor without piezoflush.

However, if you are getting nozzles problems with the non-encapsulated fusion inks you’ll want to flush with PiezoFlush first.
