Convert a Technical (Epson SureColor T3270) to piezography printer

Can one convert a [Epson SureColor T3270) to accept the piezo carts? I guess make it a 4-channel piezo?

Technically yes. But I would have to modify our beta Piezography driver to work with it and would have to verify that I have the correct code to make that printer work.

So in short. Yes its possible. Might take work. My time is limited until I’m done a huge project mid-next-month.

Thanks for the response, Walker. Since the CMYK printers are much cheaper, without any loss of printer resolution, this sounds like a great way to get a piezo printer without all the bells/whistles of the 7/8 ink printers. Glad you’re interested in it. Some might say a 4 channel piezo may be an incremental improvement over a 3 channel (K, LK, LLK), I get it, but to get any 3 channel, we have to buy 7 ($$$).
