Cleaning a 11880 printer

Hi,

I am new to the forum, I am looking for information on how to clean an 11880 printer. I have watched the videos on cleaning the head/wiper/caps for the 7900/9900 printer and these steps have help me clean both of these printer. But I am wondering if these steps will work for the 11880?

The 11880s are slightly different. Mostly the problem lies in the cleaning assembly and pads. These things give out on the 11880s much quicker than all the printers that came after.

Basically, if you haven’t replace the cleaning assembly on this printer and it’s more than 2 years old, it’s not even worth trying anything else until you get that done.
