I just came across this website… ChiplessSolutions - chipless firmware service. Make Your Epson printer Chipless by YourSelf.

They purport to have a modified firmware which bypasses the checking for chips on the ink cartridges for selected printers, including the P800.

Has anyone tried this system with a P800 and the Piezography system?
