Cartridge reading low volume incorrectly

The light magenta cartridge with the Neutral K7 inks and properly reset chip, is registering almost empty in the Epson 7900. I placed the original Epson cartridge into the LM slot and it registers correctly. I reset the chip 3 times and still have the same results. My Peizo cartridge is 80% full, and I am concerned that the printer will stop printing now that it shows low ink in that slot.
Do I need a new chip?

Did you reset this with your Waste Ink Tank resetter or your Chip Resetter?
