My problem was with the LLK. And, I just purchased a new cartridge non-battery type. So, I’ll just go ahead with what I ordered. Thanks.

I think Dana got us confused (I had the problem with the LK and ordered a new chip). Finally got a chance to try the new chip - as a replacement to my old battery chip. And it works fine. Thanks for the help.
