Can't print a complete gloss layer with front feed

Hello guys, I am just adjusting a scp-808 desktop printer for K7 and something weird happened when I am linearizing a photorag308.
Whenever I load paper by front feed, the gloss just dont cover the whole image. Some times it covers half of the print, some times it just stopped outside the edge of the image. I have posted a pic to show the detail.

Any one ever met with similar problem?

This indicates that you have an extra sensitive paper out sensor that is seeing the dark image as the end of the paper. Putting a 1" white border left and right of the image should fix it.
