Are you printing with K7 inks or Piezography Pro inks? My question related to why you want to have a GO curve as GCO is incorporated into Pro ink curves and prints at the same time - whereas with K7 inks the GO is a second printing…
I’m printing with the Pro inks.
GCO is incorporated into our P-800 curves… for example the curves for Canson Baryta Photographique
P800-Canson-BarytaPhoto-Cool.quad
P800-Canson-BarytaPhoto-Neutral.quad
P800-Canson-BarytaPhoto-Warm.quad
these three curves have the GCO included with the ink channels.
Are you looking to print a single layer of GCO on its own? Or wanting less or more of it?
Okay, I misunderstood how it works. I thought I needed to separately add the GCO.
Thank you,
Bob K.
That’s our older legacy K7 workflow whereas it took two printings to make glossy. With the Pro inks for glossy printing you can use any combination of the warm, cool and neutral curves for a particular media. We have examples of mixtures of these inks on this page:
