I’m getting (Cannot recognize the following cartridge try installing them again ).

Based on your order history, you may be dealing with a dead chip battery, which would cause the printer to no longer be able to read the cartridge chip.
If you haven’t already, I recommend trying to reset the chip as per our instructions, then reinstalling the cart to see how the printer responds. If the error continues, you can order a new chip (which comes with a new battery) or buy a new battery and replace the battery behind your current chip (which will be the fastest way to get back to happily printing).
