Based on your order history, you may be dealing with a dead chip battery, which would cause the printer to no longer be able to read the cartridge chip.
If you haven’t already, I recommend trying to reset the chip as per our instructions, then reinstalling the cart to see how the printer responds. If the error continues, you can order a new chip (which comes with a new battery) or buy a new battery and replace the battery behind your current chip (which will be the fastest way to get back to happily printing). You can go here to read about the chip batteries and how to replace it: http://www.inkjetmall.com/wordpress/product-use/r3000-cartridge-batteries/ Or, you can order a whole new chip with fresh battery, here: http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.362672/sc.18/category.84880/.f
Please let me know if you have questions or there’s anything else I can help you with.
