Broken pins on Epson 3880 VM card

I bought the refillable cartridges and the printed recognized them all except for the magenta (VM). After trying a few different things to troubleshoot I pulled the VM card out to check it and two of the three pins that connect with the little card underneath are broken. Is it possible to get a replacement VM card?
