Brand new cartridge for 3880 leaking from the bottom

Hello, I just filled and primed my MK cartridge. Installed it into my 3880 and all seemed fine. Made numerous prints and then decided to check the ink level of the cartridge. Removed it and realized that ink was dripping from the bottom of it. I’m assuming the bag inside is leaking. It’s dripping from the seam of the cartridge. I have photos of it, but not sure how to post an image on here. Need to get it replaced. Please inform. Thank you.

FYI, the thin film lining inside these carts can be damaged by a drop during shipping, unpacking, or install.

Thank you very much! I do have one more question for you. Is there an easy way to remove the ink from the old cartridge to save for the new one?

I put the priming tip on the priming syringe and simply suck it out of the ink outlet hole.

Large syringes go faster but the 15mL ones work just as well.
