Black & grey banding on Epson 9800 please help!

I keep getting black & grey banding over my prints. I perform a deep cleaning and I get a few good prints then the black & grey banding returns. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated here? Thanks in advance. BANDING

Did you clean the flush and cap station and wiper blade as well?
Please show nozzle check, too, if possible.
