I’m not sure how this got past my reply reminders. Sorry about this.

While it has been answered on other threads, I regret to inform that we can’t import the manual-reset chips any longer due to batter restrictions. The ARC ones are here to stay sadly. :frowning: I always suggest for people to get a second set of backup chips if they can afford it just so they can keep chugging along if a chip fails for whatever reason.

I had two PK chips that failed early- one was not used at all. The battery chips were reliable. Can ink jet mall go back to batteries or at least offer a choice between both types?
