Tried changing the chip, still hit or miss, tried shimming the card, still hit or miss. Bad cart mold?
I’m sorry to hear you’re still experiencing issues with this VM cartridge. Based on what you have done, and your results it may possibly be the cartridge isn’t fitting into the printer well and that’s causing your recurring chip recognition errors (though this would be the first time a chip related error isn’t resolved by wedging the cart towards the left, or replacing the chip). We will send you a new cart in today’s mail, so you will receive it shortly.

Also, website tech question. Looks like Inkjetmall has a redirect to http://shopping.netsuite.com/inkjetmall , but I see the old website for a few seconds. Is there some direct web address I should be entering? http://www.inkjetmall.com?

Yes, there is a redirect from our old to current websites if you type “inkjetmall.com”. You can save a bookmark for the redirect address, or deal with a quick redirect when entering “inkjetmall.com”. We are working on our new website, which will be very awesome and easy to navigate, and live SOON!
