9890 just replaced head and it won’t print. I desperately need help.

Hello, I’ve had a 9890 since new and let it sit and unfortunately the head could not be recovered (I live in Arizona). Everything was in complete working order and I replaced the head with a new **EPSON DX6 Print Head F19112152. I charged the lines and I’m not getting anything to print at all. I can’t hear the high pitch piezo’s during a clean. I disassembled to check the connections and everything is perfect. I’m at a loss. Do I have a compatibility issue? I’m not getting errors and everything was fine prior I just lost blue and yellow channels. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated :pray:
